About

Violet phillips is a neurodivergent graduate (English) of mills college, a very old women’s college which was in financial crisis and closing down. She is a poet, storyteller and painter with a strong focus on personal challenges, social dynamics, literature, college life and family dynamics.

She has attended the legendary art-based saint Ann’s school, a Waldorf school and a one-on-one school (quite an odd combination). She has since had play excerpts selected for performance, created a social media calendar, enhanced communication within a playwriting community, developed historical research and transcription skills, reviewed books for blog posts and participated in a fundraising event. She generally focuses on self-reflection, personal growth, and supporting others. She especially loves therapeutic writing, flash fiction, digital storytelling, and oral storytelling and wants to make the most of her weird experiences!!
